Rail madad in action

 


On a train to Guwahati, its a long trip, approx 19 hrs, as I settle into the journey I notice the 2 sides of the berth do not align to make a bed

 


 

I call up a service,  Rail Madad is an app of Indian rail 

and in 5 minutes we had action on my complain.




I have a gent who comes to help n after inspecting the problem he calls for help

 

Unlike the normal railway staff this guy was interested in solving the problem and did manage to solve it.

 

 

On questioning him, he opened up the fact that he is not a railway employee but the work is all out soursed. Hate to say BUT job security of having a rail job does make some (most) slack

 

Outsourcing is indeed the way to go.
