the yoga goes on, am in week 3, learning a lot of philosophy , living a lot of the same, but yues my primary photography is going on in a big way :) cant let that slip

Did u know yoga was maybe just 1/8th Asanas and the rest are others like yam, Niyam, pranayam, prathihar dharna, dhyana, samadhi ... well I am just a day short of becoming a certified Yoga instructor, yup u read it right , and from the oldest school of yoga in the world that too.

the last year was brutal , load o injury to me, some say it was a evil spell cast by my ... well long story short, I had plenty of injury/ aches on my back / knee / ... did yoga for 4 days and lo and behold , it was all vamoosed ...
time to look out after myself
