The blue-tailed bee-eater (Merops philippinus) is a near passerine bird in the bee-eater family Meropidae. It is widely distributed across South and Southeast Asia where many populations are strongly migratory and seen seasonally in many parts but breeding colonially in small areas across their range, mostly in river valleys, where they nest by tunneling into loamy sand banks. They are seen mostly in open habitats close to water.

Quietly lying the crocodile has not eaten in 5 months ever since she had gotten pregnant, they don’t eat but stay quietly after laying the eggs and is looking after the eggs, NO FOOD for the mother, till the kids are hatched 

 

 

Once the kids are 15 days old, the crocodile will leave the kids to fend for themselves and swim off, forgetting it had kids.

The common Mynah, every time the mother visits home, its the same scene an anxious mouth (or 2 or 3) opens expecting a treat, must be causing anxiety to the mom I say!
