Lesser Flameback woodpecker

 

The woodpecker pecks to find food or for nesting , or mark its territory,   food too are to be found in such manner

Fanella's sub adult daughter, Neejee

 

As we drove along the road of jawai village we chanced upon a leopard, sitting by the road, slinking away majestically on seeing us, was a sub adult female,

 

 

 

As the day went on and more jeeps joined us, Neejee just went back a few more feet, keeping watch on us and our activity's

 

 

As we watched her, she too was in a playfull mood, interacting with us in the way she understood I say
