Hunting at Sewri Mudflats

It was another Sunday, n time to make my intern do a field run with me, we visited Sewri mud flats,

 n while the flamingoes were a long way away, we did manage to capture some interesting images 

along with a little man on his way to trap the birds, wonder what the result was?

Why Holi u ask ? whats your story

One of the stories they say about holi:

Lord Krishna ( an Indian God)  being dark was curious why Radha ( one of his loves)  was so much fairer then him,

His mom replied -  hey grab some color and color her how you want her to be, n thus holi.

She needs to leave, and yes it is you not her that makes it happen

She will tell u she needs to leave WHY?

And it will be the day when you are dealing with love a love song, or editing a love piece, or filming a love story

Is it cause I never made her feel loved enough?

Or cause she cant love one?

Whatever it is, let her go and find herself and her love where she will

Don’t be bitter for what you are losing don’t remember what you had, JUST BE

Switching to GH4

Sony Get your act together PLS, its no use making products that are great if your marketing team is too busy to share the products.

Two – Three   month after the Sony A7S was launched, I wanted a demo of the product to buy a couple of those babies,

Contacted the Sony Guys and there marketing agent, demo in charge offered me: his words “ if you can come to the highway in 30 minutes I can show you the camera at the signal of Santa Cruz east, and yes we have sold 7 units already “

I really really had to make an effort to collect myself, in my mind

The agent wanted me demo the camera to me at a busy signal in daytime for a camera whose main selling point was low light capability, in daytime at a busy street where he would be driving by.

And dude there are 5000 yes Five thousand photographers in andheri alone, and you are claiming how bad, sorry how good your product is that you sold 7, yes SEVEN cameras in the entire country of 1.3 billion,

So here I am selling all my Sony gear and switching to GH4, as Sony hopefully prepares there sales team to ACTUALLY care to work and Sell the cameras.

Itching to make, create, shoot , love and more

Have been back in Mumbai and lives been a wonderful whirl of things being done, and to do , just not enough of the camera being pulled out, broken out, and not enough images been created is this what hey mean when they say

either you chase money or your chase the art ?

Hands are just itching to get busy and clicking 

Some day

Nature falls in place and tells us where exactly to look and stand and makes images that are simply amazing and keeps me wondering what next , what will I imagine next

This is one such moment
