As this day of Chaturthi falls on Thursday, wear the Yellow colour to celebrate the joy and enthusiasm of Sharad Navaratri. The colour is for happiness and brightness. On this day, Goddess Kushmanda is worshipped. Goddess Kushmanda has eight hands and thus is also known as Ashtabhuja Devi.
